Today, I came to the campus a little late because I just arrived in Makassar. after one night's journey from his hometown to give voting rights in a democratic party. I arrived in Makassar city at 7:00 after that, I got ready to go to campus and arrived on campus at 8:15.
This week we repeat the 2 rotation menu the same as class 2a. We repeated it starting from menu 2.1 but each group in our class made a dish different from last week on the same menu. For example in my group, one group in the practice week yesterday we got an Appetizer on the 2.1 menu so this week we got soup.
today we will issue 8 dishes which consist of Chinese spinach and peanut salad, traditional egg drop soup, beef rice bowl, tang yuan, zhong tang, thai beef salad, tom yam goong, gai tod takrai with yam makeua yo and khau plao and num chak kachan. And for my group, I can have egg drop soup and gai tod takrai with yam makeua yo and khau plao

We do this practice as quickly as possible so that it can be completed on time, incidentally today is Thursday where after praying there is a study so we must express all activities in the kitchen as soon as possible.
