after one week of theory class, today we are back in practice in the kitchen. I arrived on campus at 7:50 a.m. After checking grooming, I joined friends in a cold kitchen. after that, we prayed together before starting our activities.
after praying, we were reviewed by seniors and after that, after we were reviewed we began to be assigned to prepare our cooking ingredients. In my group, I got the task to make dessert in the 2.4 rotation menu, which is Japanese food, the dessert we will later make is Dorayaki. So, today we only make the dough first and also make anko for the filling later.

When we were finished with our preparation activities, we also began to help other groups that were not finished. And after everything is done we are as usual doing general cleaning. We clean the kitchen together. After that we took a short break outside when we waited for time to go home
