Today, Thursday
March 21 is my group's schedule for MID test. in this MID test our group was
part of working on the 1.4 rotation menu consisting of Chicken Liver Appetizer
and Pate Herb, Soup clam chowder, Main course Spaghetti Bolognesse, and Yellow
Butter cake Dessert.
The day before,
we were prepared and today we came at 6:00. then, we wait for directions from
the lecturer to do. After being given a direction, we immediately did it. at
10:00 everything was ready and we explained in front of the lecturer.
after
explaining, we cleaned the work area and rested outside while having lunch. at
1:00 p.m. we were GC and after that we cleaned the freezer and chiller, set the
incentives, and washed the utensils. after everything was finished, at 3:00
p.m. we rested outside the kitchen while waiting for time to go home.
at 5:00 p.m.
after everything was done, we went oneline and got directions and then went
home to each other.
