hello guyss,
today
monday, march 4 2019 as usual i come to campus and this week is the week of
practice. Our activity this week is the practice of rotation. Group one is my
group responsible for making Hawaian Chicken Salad and also making Breakfast
Croissants and Danish. In this 1.1 rotation menu besides the Hawaiian Chicken
Salad there are also Shrimp Bisque, Beef Stew, Baked Potatoes, Zucchini Saute
Provencale, Yellow Butter Cake, and French Bread. And that's all divided
equally into other groups to work on
at 7:00 we
started our activities and I and 3 of my group friends started preparing to
make croissants and danish. after that we made it and then proofed it. while
proofing, we gather in the kitchen to receive an explanation about how to input
order material by the lecturer.
after the dough
we made was proofing, we began to make folds. however, there was a technical
error so the dough danish we made was forced to be repeated. after that we made
dough again and this time danish succeeded.
after resting
and praying at 1:00 p.m., we have finished using the danish, but it turns out
we have to make 40 pax, at first we only made 20 pax so we made it for extra.
at 3:00 p.m. we
were oneline for the GC division and after that, we went straight to GC. at
5:00 p.m. after our danish was finished and everything was done, we oneline and
went home to each other.
