Hello guys...
today,
Wednesday 06 March 2019, I wake up at 05.00 and then get ready to go to campus.
I started from the boarding house at 6:15 and arrived at the campus at 6:30.
after that, we oneline and prayed to start our practice and today we will do
the rotation menu 1.2.
In
the 1.2 rotation menu we prepare Macedoine of Vegetable Mayonnaise, Minestrone
Soup, noodle soup of Sole Meuniere, Potatoes Au Gratin, Glazed Root Vegetables,
Choux Ala Creme and Hard Roll. As usual we continue to work together, when we
are empty and don't know what to do, we will come to other groups and help if
there are things that really need help.
My group is in
charge of making soup, namely Minestrone Soup, we share the task so that we can
finish this soup with satisfying results. Today my group also prepares the
ingredients that we will use for our products tomorrow. Other groups also like
that, after they have prepared their products for today, they also prepare the
materials that tomorrow they will use for the 1.3 rotation menu.
Tomorrow,
my group will prepare the Main Course product, namely Duck, Rice, Sambal Matah
and Pelecing Sayur. So after we finished making Mainstrone Soup, we immediately
prepared materials that needed to be prepared early for our products tomorrow like
our duck braine for about 2 hours then we cut them into pieces. We also prepare
seasonings for the ducks and also prepare for pelecing our vegetables and chili
paste. For other groups they also prepare materials for their products
tomorrow.
After we have
finished all the practical activities, we all take a break and have lunch
together outside the kitchen. After that we reentered the cold kitchen for
oneline for a moment and listened to some of the deliveries of our director who
inched. Laluk we do general cleaning activities as usual and after that we wait
for time to go home together outside the kitchen.
