today, in 6 february 2019 at 08.00 a.m , as usual we gather in front of kitchen to do the grooming check by the senior who is incharge,before we join the practice room.
in the practice room, at first we pray according to each so the practice would go well. after that, we were reviewed by the senior about the material we have searched for today's practice.
today's practice is about egg dishes. there are 6 egg dishes , they are boiled egg, omelete, scrambled egg ,turn over egg, sunny side up, and poach egg.
after the senior showing how to make all of the dishes, then we were directed to make it.
the first we doing to making the boiled egg, omelete dan scrambled egg.
when we finished, we are given time to take a rest and pray for the muslim because it's already 12.00 p.m at 13.00 p.m, we gather back to have lunch in front of the kitchen.
after lunch, the senior showing how to make pastry cream to filling choux we will make tmorrow. next, we are back to do the other 3 egg dishes and then we also make the pastry cream
at last when all practice finished, we cleaning in the kitchen area before we go home.
