hello guys , today is chinesse new year but we still come to kitchen for continue our practice. so, today we will make pie . there is sugar dough and pie dough . today i come late,so my team already prepared before i arrived.
the first we mix the ingredients and make the dough. after that the dough stored in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and then rolling the dough and mold in pie mold. after it finished, stored in the chiller. after that our supervisor explain and showing how to make pastry cream and quice lorraine. pastry cream for sugar dough filling and quice lorraine for pie dough.
at 12.25 o'clock , we have a break and pray for muslim. at 13.00 we back to kitchen for continue our product. we make pastry cream and quice lorraine and then we bake our pie .whilst bake our pie, we cleaning the kitchen to efficient the time .
at 17.00 , we enjoy our product and then we pray before back to home.
