Good morning
Today, February
21, 2018, as usual we come to the office to practice. we came on campus before
6:00 and then oneline at 6:30. after oneline, we were immediately directed to
do by our supervisor.
for today, we
will handle 4 breakfast menus namely Indonesian breakfast, English breakfast,
continental breakfast, and American breakfast. and all must be ready at 9:00.
Because
everything was prepared beforehand, we were already a little free. I help my friend
who handles oat meal, coco crunch, and corn flakes after finishing, I also help
my friend who handles omelets.
at 09.00, all
types of breakfast are ready. after that we gathered for oneline and after that
our supervisor told us to clean the chiller and freezer, some cleaned up the
working area we used.
after cleaning
the chiller and freezer, we return to line and listen to the directions from
our lecturers. after that, we immediately cleaned the kitchen and finished at
12.00.
because it's
time for prayer, then we are given time to rest and pray for those who are
Muslim. after that we ate the nation's children. then wash our tableware.
at 1:30 p.m.,
we were oneline and prayed before returning home. today we go home earlier than
usual.
