         hello guys, Today is our first day practic in semester 2. we gather in the lobby to check our grooming and then, we are directed to practic room. today, we are practic in bakery pastry area. before we practic we pray together according to our believe and our religions. after pray our supervisor explain about "puff pastry "

          

          at 9 o'clock , we waiting for our lecturer to explain and showing how to make "puff pastry" and at 10 o'clock , our lecture already on practic room. he is showing and explain how to make "puff pastry" and the function of step by step in the making procces.after it finished we are make prepare ingredients and then we have to rest and prayer for muslim.

         at 13 o'clock we back to practic room and doing with the each partner group. one group consists of 3 people. after we have finished, we going to take a rest in the lobby and prayer for muslim and then we are prepare to general cleaning. after general cleaning , we back to home.
